Abstract

The aim of the present study is to focus on Workaholism, Work-Family conflict and Subjective wellbeing among the 108 Corporate Employees age ranged from 21 to 35 years working in and around India. Workaholism Battery, Work-family conflict, PANAS and Life satisfaction scales were used to collect the data. The results indicate that there exists a significant relationship between Work-Family Conflict and Subjective Wellbeing with respect to Workaholism and a significant gender difference in Workaholism, Work-Family Conflict and Subjective Wellbeing among corporate employees
