Abstract

The automobiles market is very dynamic in India as well as in many parts of the world. Irrespective of the tradition, brand image and longevity of service, the manufacturers of automobiles should remain updated on the customers’ expectations, perceptions and satisfaction. For updating their reliable marketing information, lots of customer/ market related studies help the companies. This study is an attempt to analyse the customer satisfaction drivers of Maruti Suzuki brand. Especially this article brings in some
interesting factor analysis and totally 12 components taken up for this analysis, only the first two components have Eigen values greater than 1. The components 1 and 2 approximately account for 59% of the total variance. So, the researcher shall retain only the first two components.
