Abstract

The present study was an empirical analysis designed to measure the various factors regarding employee
absenteeism in Consyst Technologies Pvt. Ltd., Eranakulam. Results from 100 employees indicated that
absenteeism being a problem related to individual behavior can be better tackled at the immediate superior’s level
than by the staff department.
