Abstract

ICT device comprise a complex and heterogeneous set of goods, applications and services used to produce, distribute process and transform information. In that object we made a study to depict the urban women satisfaction and problems while using ICT. We collect 200 random samples with questionnaire.
Percentage analysis, average score analysis and average rank analysis are the tools used in study. In conclusion of the study we will find the problems face by urban women while using ICT device.
